New Music: R. Kelly – ‘Wake Up Everybody’

With his album The Buffet on the horizon, R. Kelly serves up another taste with his new song “Wake Up Everybody.” But don’t let the title fool you. This is not a cover of the ’70s classic. Kellz is back in 12 Play mode on the baby-making jam, and he won’t stop until the neighbors are wide awake.

“Take your time, we got all night / Trust in me, I’m gonna get it right,” he sings. “Whatever’s on, take it off / I want to get inside of you, baby, get lost.”
Just yesterday, he premiered “Marching Band” with Juicy J. The Buffet drops Dec. 18 featuring Lil Wayne, Jeremih, Jhené Aiko, Ty Dolla $ign, and Tinashe.
